Job Summary
To support a growing media strategy team, the full-time Associate Manager, Paid Search Strategy will build, launch, and manage paid search campaigns while analyzing performance data to inform broader media strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage hands-on-keyboard campaigns across paid search platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Monitor and optimize live campaigns to maximize performance against client KPIs, providing insights and strategic recommendations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendor partners, ensuring alignment of campaign assets with client media objectives
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of digital media experience focused on paid search campaign management, preferably in an agency setting
- Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
- Proven ability to conduct keyword research and write tailored search ad copy
- Solid understanding of ad trafficking, web pixeling, and conversion tracking
- Strong analytical skills to review campaign performance data and identify trends
