Associate Manager, Payor Strategy

Job Summary

Supporting payor contracting activities, the full-time Associate Manager, Payor Strategy will manage and monitor a portfolio of payor contracts, analyze claims payments and reimbursement trends, and serve as a liaison between various internal stakeholders, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review, redline, and assist with negotiations for commercial and government payor agreements
• Ensure contract performance and implementation accuracy while aligning with organizational goals
• Conduct market and legislative research to support contracting strategy and decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
• Experience in healthcare operations, payor contracting, or contract administration
• Strong leadership and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities
• Experience in project management or process improvement is a plus
