Associate Manager, QA Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, QA Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own AI-led QA system expansion into complex domains, defining automation versus human judgment
• Design and operationalize quality signals at scale, including precision thresholds and rollout gates
• Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Policy teams

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, or quality systems
• Experience with large-scale process or platform launches focusing on accuracy and governance
• Strong intuition for signal quality, including understanding false positives and calibration tradeoffs
• Ability to partner effectively with ML and Engineering teams
• Hands-on experience with AI QA systems or related technologies is a strong plus
