Supporting strategic operations for DEWALT's North America business, the full-time Associate Manager, Strategic Operations will drive cross-functional initiatives, assist in business planning, and enhance operational execution, with opportunities for remote work.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in strategic operations, project management, or related roles
• Experience in supporting cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop recommendations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting tools is a plus
