Job Summary

To support the growth strategy of major restaurant partnerships, the full-time Associate Manager, Strategic Partnerships will manage high-impact initiatives related to product launches, operational improvements, and commercial programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute growth strategies for restaurant partnerships by identifying business opportunities and enhancing customer experiences
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, focusing on product launches and operational enhancements
• Utilize data and business insights to evaluate performance and develop recommendations that drive product adoption

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, analytics, or partnerships
• Proficiency in using data to develop business recommendations, with SQL experience preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience with AI tools to enhance research and analysis while maintaining quality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to build credibility with stakeholders and partners
