Associate Manager, Trade Policy

Job Summary

Driving day-to-day MAP operations, the full-time Associate Manager, Trade Policy will manage policy execution, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis in a remote environment to ensure compliance and enhance decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day MAP monitoring, reporting, and enforcement workflows, ensuring consistent application of policy
• Maintain and update sales hierarchy structures and support MAS governance through reporting and trend identification
• Serve as the primary MAP point of contact for stakeholders, managing inquiries and providing policy-aligned direction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Pricing, Finance, or a related function
• Experience operating independently in cross-functional, matrixed environments
• Strong Excel skills required; Power BI or similar analytic tools preferred
• Exposure to policy, governance, or operational process management preferred
