Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Market Access Case Manager (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the prior authorization process for insurance coverage of the IpsiHand Rehabilitation system
• Negotiate Single Case Agreements and ensure proper documentation and follow-up
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experience and maintain compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA, BA, or BS desirable
• Minimum three years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience in prior authorization submissions and appeals
• Proficiency in SalesForce, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Understanding of market access, reimbursement, and payer landscapes
