Associate Market Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting client relationships in a fully remote capacity, the contract Associate Large Market Consultant will coordinate account activities, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely follow-through on client needs to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client account activities, tracking deliverables and ensuring timely follow-through
• Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders through professional communication
• Utilize CRM systems and project management tools to maintain accurate account information and monitor project progress

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing support role, such as Account Manager or Junior Account Manager
• Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and effective decision-making skills
