Associate Media Communications Officer

Job Summary

Supporting media relations and digital communications for LATAM and Asia, the full-time Associate Media and Digital Communications Officer will draft media materials, coordinate outreach, and assist with digital content creation in a fully remote role for a 6-month period, with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Draft press releases, media advisories, and background materials while maintaining media lists and tracking coverage
• Collaborate with social media colleagues to create and align digital content across platforms
• Assist in planning and producing podcasts and webinars, including guest coordination and content preparation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in media relations or journalism
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
• Experience creating digital content, including social media posts and multimedia assets
• Familiarity with audio or video editing tools such as Audacity or Adobe Premiere
• Knowledge of the Latin American or Asia-Pacific media landscape
