Job Summary
Supporting the growth of retail media, the full-time Associate Media Planner will manage media planning activities, coordinate workflows, and maintain planning documentation while working remotely within the continental United States.
Key responsibilities
- Build retailer comparisons and develop planning recommendations for media opportunities
- Manage inbound planning requests and ensure efficient workflow coordination across teams
- Maintain opportunity records and support data accuracy within Salesforce and other planning tools
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in media planning, media operations, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
- Experience working with operational processes and large datasets
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Comfort working in a remote, cross-functional environment
