Associate Medical Affairs Director

Job Summary

To support the Director of Medical Affairs Omnichannel Engagement, the full-time Associate Medical Affairs Omnichannel Engagement Director will manage the execution and governance of the medical omnichannel engagement strategy across therapeutic areas, focusing on process development, optimization, and measurement while working remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to standardize and modernize scientific engagement across multiple functional teams
• Govern bi-directional exchange plans to achieve efficiency and impact indicators aligned with the organizational omnichannel vision
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to harmonize systems and strategies, ensuring effective content and channel orchestration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced or scientific doctoral degree preferred (e.g., PharmD, MD, or PhD)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and medical or scientific affairs
• Demonstrated project leadership and management experience, particularly in digital projects
• Strong operational process creation skills and experience with data collection and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
