Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Member and Provider Initiatives to join their MPSO Initiatives team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects
• Evaluate overall departmental performance through data analysis and metrics development
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create implementation and communication strategies

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management
• 2+ years of experience delivering projects independently and within a team
• Experience in a fast-paced operations environment
• Proven track record of executing initiatives and managing implementation activities
• Bonus points for a Master's Degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Lean/Six Sigma)
