Associate Member Optimization

Job Summary

To support organizational goals, the remote Associate, Member and Provider Optimization will manage cross-functional projects, optimize internal processes, and analyze data while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder engagement
• Evaluate departmental performance by analyzing data and developing metrics and risk mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with partner groups to create effective implementation and change management strategies

Required qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting
• 2+ years of experience with data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python
• 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
