Associate Member Optimization

Job Summary

To support the Member and Provider Services Optimization team, the remote Associate, Member and Provider Optimization will lead cross-functional projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and optimize internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects, ensuring on-time completion and stakeholder engagement
• Evaluate departmental performance through data analysis and assist in developing metrics and mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with partner groups to create proactive implementation and change management strategies

Required qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting
• 2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel, SQL, or Python
• 2+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma
