Associate Merchandise Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Merchandise Planner to support the Planning team in driving sales, margin, and inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for leadership on inventory performance
• Maintain Open-to-Buy data model and provide recommendations on inventory management
• Prepare weekly selling reports and assist in quarterly hindsight reports for performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory management (e-commerce preferred)
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, Merchandising, Finance, or related field preferred
• Experience with NetSuite, Shopify, or similar systems is beneficial
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
