Associate Network Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting Kohl's enterprise network in a hybrid role, the full-time Associate Network Engineer will assist with troubleshooting, implementing network changes, and maintaining documentation for reliable and secure retail operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support enterprise network technologies, including wireless, switching, SD-WAN, and routing
• Assist with troubleshooting network issues and participate in network changes by following documented procedures
• Engage in hands-on activities in local office, lab, and data center environments, including hardware installation and maintenance

Required qualifications

• Foundational understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, and routing
• Exposure to enterprise networking, help desk, or related technical training or experience
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and follow documented procedures for network changes
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues to diverse teams
• Willingness to support hands-on activities and learn new technologies in network operations
