Job Summary

Associate New Business Case Manager is a full-time position responsible for processing applications, ensuring compliance, and generating contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process applications for completeness and compliance
• Serve as a point of contact for agents and internal teams regarding application requirements and contract issuance
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers while assisting peers as needed

Required Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• High school diploma required
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of compliance regulations
