Job Summary
Monitoring network infrastructure, the full-time Associate NOC Technician will document and escalate issues, provide customer support, and ensure system availability in a team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the health and availability of network systems and create tickets for issues
- Receive and respond to inbound support requests via email, phone, and chat
