Associate NOC Technician
Job Summary
Monitoring network health and providing technical support, the full-time Associate NOC Technician will handle system alarms, document issues, and interact with customers while working onsite in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor the overall health and availability of systems from the Network Operations Center
- Receive inbound support requests and provide excellent customer service
- Document processes and escalate issues as necessary
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Experience using NOC tools for issue identification and escalation
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and nights
