Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Occupancy Planner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage space data by processing move and space requests and maintaining occupancy information
  • Conduct demand planning and forecasting to accommodate changes within existing space portfolios
  • Develop churn reports and analyze space utilization data for client presentations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field with 2-4 years of corporate experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD
  • Experience with CAFM systems and ability to utilize software for planning solutions
  • Ability to consolidate data and create presentations for stakeholders
  • Experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level is highly desirable
