Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Occupancy Planner.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage space data by processing move and space requests and maintaining occupancy information
- Conduct demand planning and forecasting to accommodate changes within existing space portfolios
- Develop churn reports and analyze space utilization data for client presentations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field with 2-4 years of corporate experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD
- Experience with CAFM systems and ability to utilize software for planning solutions
- Ability to consolidate data and create presentations for stakeholders
- Experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level is highly desirable
