Associate OCM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Analyst OCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the execution of OCM activities and assess readiness for change
• Develop engaging communications and multimedia collateral to support change initiatives
• Assist in training needs assessments and support the delivery of training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or final year student in Communications, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (student projects, internships, or part-time roles welcome)
• Basic understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, CMBoK)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Creative mindset with interest in design tools for graphic or video editing
