Job Summary

To enhance directory accuracy and support strategic initiatives, the remote Associate of Inquiries and Investigations will manage cross-functional projects, investigate complex escalations, and implement data corrections while collaborating with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads end-to-end management of implementations and projects, ensuring timely completion and enhanced processes
• Evaluates departmental performance through data analysis to inform technology-enabled solutions and establish key metrics
• Collaboratively investigates risks and escalations, developing proactive strategies for continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in healthcare contracting or operations
• 2+ years of experience with data software such as Excel or SQL
• 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience
• 2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows
