Associate of Investigations

Job Summary

To enhance processes and ensure directory accuracy, the remote Associate of Investigations will manage cross-functional implementations, resolve complex inquiries, and drive comprehensive process documentation while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads end-to-end management of cross-functional projects, including project planning and stakeholder engagement
• Evaluates departmental performance through data analysis to inform technology solutions and implement quality assurance strategies
• Collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to investigate risks and develop proactive improvement plans

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare contracting or operations
• 2+ years of experience with data analytics tools such as Excel or SQL
• 2+ years of project management experience
• 2+ years of experience in workflow design and improvement
