Associate Onboarding Manager

Job Summary

Owning the onboarding phase of the customer lifecycle, the full-time remote Associate Onboarding Manager will guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they realize the value of their software while managing project timelines and customer communications.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert in VelocityEHS products and mentor customers during onboarding
• Manage the setup of software and project timelines for new and expansion customers
• Document customer interactions and evaluate onboarding effectiveness to drive customer success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area or equivalent experience
• Experience managing multiple projects and working effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Workfront, or Outreach
• Experience in the software industry, specifically in SaaS or EHS sectors
• Proactive learner with strong decision-making and organizational skills
