Associate Operations Director

Job Summary

To support operational excellence in healthcare, the part-time Associate Operations Director will collaborate with regional and national leaders on contract negotiations, manage financial performance metrics, and oversee startup operations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership on contract negotiations and financial forecasting to drive profitability
• Monitor site financial performance and ensure compliance with operational metrics
• Facilitate cross-departmental integration and support onboarding programs for new Medical Directors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
• At least five years of relevant experience, with three years in project and/or operations management
• Strong background in healthcare operations and financial performance oversight
• Proficiency in MS Office and Business Intelligence tools
• Master's degree in business or healthcare sciences preferred
