Associate Partner - IBA & Credit Control
Job Summary
Overseeing the day-to-day management of Insurance Broking Accounts (IBA), the full-time Associate Partner - IBA & Credit Control will ensure accurate processing of premium and claims funds, manage collections, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of Insurance Broking Accounts (IBA)
- Act as the primary liaison between Finance, broking, and Client Solutions for efficient financial transaction processing
- Lead credit control activities, managing aged debt and improving cash collection performance
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years' operational experience within Insurance Broking Accounts (IBA)
- Strong experience in the reinsurance broking market
- Excellent understanding of premium accounting, cash allocation, and reconciliations
- Proven experience in credit control and debt management
- Strong understanding of broking accounting processes and financial controls
