Associate People Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate People Business Partner, Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on performance management, employee relations, and engagement
• Partner with managers to enhance engagement, retention, and morale through tailored initiatives
• Manage low-to-moderate complexity employee relations issues and facilitate core people processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a People Business Partner role
• Experience supporting Operations or Customer Service functions is a plus
• Collaborative and approachable with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Action-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Dependable and committed to follow through on responsibilities
