Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate People Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute projects across all departments in collaboration with People Business Partners
• Support employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, HR reporting, and analytics
• Develop strong partnerships throughout the organization to enable effective collaboration on people-related initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, regulatory, or compliance field
• Industry-specific knowledge preferred but not required
• Must be able to analyze trends and collaborate with the People Department
