Job Summary
Supporting the administration of retirement plans for existing clients, the full-time Associate Plan Support Consultant will assist with service requests, documentation, and internal coordination in a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Support plan-level service and administrative requests, including plan changes and documentation updates
- Gather and validate information related to plan design changes and client requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of plan updates and maintain accurate plan records
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in the retirement industry or related client support role preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior exposure to 401(k) plan administration or ERISA concepts is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn internal systems
- Progress toward industry designation (QKA, QKS, ASPPA, or similar) encouraged
