Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Planner to develop and manage merchandise plans for the Women's Pants business.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure success of the Women's Pants business by meeting sales volume, inventory turnover, and gross margin targets
• Analyze performance across Fix & Freestyle channels and manage rolling operating financial forecasts
• Assess inventory risks and opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• College degree with 2-4 years of retail planning and e-commerce experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite applications
• Strong understanding of retail math, merchandising financials, and profitability KPIs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Motivated by challenges with a results-focused mindset
