Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Practice Manager, Clinical Operations (Primary Care).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Care Coordination Team and manage operational workflows
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and member experience through effective communication and workflow management
• Lead change management initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical operations experience in a related industry
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting
• Outpatient experience is highly desired
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to navigate technical challenges and operate within multiple EHRs
