Associate Practice Manager, Urgent Care

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Practice Manager for Clinical Operations in Urgent Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational workflows to ensure practice readiness and achievement of departmental KPIs
• Manage staffing and provider coverage through scheduling and workforce planning
• Serve as the primary contact for operational escalations and lead licensure operations for a large number of licenses

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical operations experience within a related industry
• Outpatient experience is highly desired
• Demonstrated ability to lead change in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Ability to navigate technical challenges and operate within multiple EHRs
