Associate Pricing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager of Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pricing work for the auto product and ensure it is adequately priced
• Manage new hires and lead the development of training programs
• Focus on annual analyst planning, staffing, and recruiting

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of eight years of analytical property casualty insurance experience or related professional experience
• OR a Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related field with a minimum of five years of relevant experience
• Pricing experience and/or product knowledge of personal lines auto is preferred
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience
• Strong desire and capability to develop people and create an inclusive work environment
