Associate Principal, Partner Success

Job Summary

To support the growing care partnerships across the US, the full-time Associate Principal, Partner Success will manage relationships with healthcare partners, ensuring their satisfaction and collaborating internally to enhance partnership strategies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Be responsible for the happiness of care partners and manage executive steering committees
• Build and grow relationships with health systems, medical clinics, and strategic partner teams
• Leverage data to generate insights and identify new opportunities for partnership growth

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the healthcare space, preferably in Customer Success or Strategic Customer-facing roles
• Deep exposure to health system or provider group models and economics
• Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
• Experience in managing multiple high-impact customers and complex operational tasks
• Motivated by addressing access to mental healthcare challenges
