Associate Principal, Policy Strategy

Job Summary

Leading engagements that translate US health policy into commercial strategies, the full-time Associate Principal, Policy Strategy will manage project teams and client relationships remotely, focusing on pricing, access, and advocacy strategies for biopharma clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage project teams delivering cross-functional projects at the intersection of US health policy and life sciences commercialization
• Engage with clients to frame policy implications for pricing, access, and reimbursement strategies
• Design and execute primary and secondary research efforts to identify key insights and recommendations for corporate strategies

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree(s) (PhD, MD, MBA, or MS)
• 6+ years of life sciences consulting experience and/or biopharma industry experience
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating health policy analysis into commercial decisions for life sciences clients
• Substantive command of US drug pricing, coverage, and reimbursement policy
• Prior experience in specialty therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Immunology, Neurology, or Rare Diseases
