Associate Principal, Strategic Finance

Job Summary

To drive growth in Airbnb's homes supply, the full-time salaried Associate Principal, Strategic Finance will partner with senior leaders to provide financial analysis, performance tracking, and strategic recommendations, while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners on annual and quarterly planning to align financial and strategic goals
• Support strategic projects to optimize operational efficiency and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Provide actionable financial insights through reporting and analytics, presenting findings to senior leadership

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or business strategy, preferably in strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting
• B.A. or B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
• Proven experience in P&L management, revenue forecasting, and financial modeling
• Strong strategic and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize financial data
• Proficiency in using AI to enhance financial processes and reporting
