Associate Procurement Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the strategic planning and management of critical power and cooling equipment supply chains, the full-time Associate Procurement Manager will manage vendor relationships, equipment sourcing, and procurement execution while working remotely from various states.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned data center equipment categories, including sourcing, vendor management, and procurement execution
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and strategic vendor partners to align procurement activities with project requirements and long-term strategies
• Conduct competitive sourcing activities, including RFPs, bid evaluations, and commercial analyses to support procurement recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, engineering, or a related field
• Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn about complex equipment and systems
• Proficient in Excel for organizing and analyzing large data sets and developing analytical models
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
