Associate Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Producer to support the development, production, and delivery of podcast episodes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing podcast recordings, managing production calendars, and coordinating talent bookings
• Contribute to episode research, scripting, and narrative development while ensuring quality control and compliance with network standards
• Support hosts and production teams during tapings and maintain organized file systems for all episodes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in communications, media, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in audio production, journalism, or digital media
• Working knowledge of podcasting tools and audio editing software
• Experience with CMS platforms and episode publishing tools
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
