Associate Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Producer to support series production and studio-wide operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production templates, reporting tools, and dashboards for studio visibility
• Coordinate production schedules, delivery timelines, and resource allocations under the guidance of the Head of Production
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external animation vendors

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of animation production experience required
• Advanced ShotGrid configuration experience
• Airtable certification required
• Experience with Photoshop and other art software
• Strong ability to prioritize and deal effectively with all levels of production
