Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Producer to lead the creation of memorable experiences and ensure successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, schedules, and budgets for programs up to $500,000
• Support client communications and collaborate with project teams for effective delivery
• Oversee budget management, including invoicing and financial tracking

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of proven event production experience
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Client-focused with flexibility and accountability for results
• Proficient in Microsoft and Apple applications, as well as team project software
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be available to work weekends and evenings as needed
