Associate Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Producer to support the execution of high-visibility fall product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior production leads with daily project updates and clear communication across teams
• Maintain daily trackers to provide visibility into project status, timelines, and deliverables
• Act as a central point of contact for asset management and coordinate team meetings and reviews

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in creative production or project coordination
• Experience supporting product launches or large-scale marketing campaigns
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Familiarity with post-production workflows and asset management tools
