Associate Producer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic production team, the full-time Associate Producer will manage schedules and processes for game features, drive project goals, and ensure effective communication across teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, iterate, and track schedules and processes for game features and assets
• Drive the completion of project goals, objectives, and deliverables for time and quality
• Monitor resources and communicate project vision and targets while identifying roadblocks

Required qualifications

• Experience in production and project management
• Strong proficiency with MS Office tools and tracking/scheduling software
• Expertise in JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Interest in developing video games
