Job Summary

Supporting active client accounts and internal projects, the full-time Associate Producer will manage project organization, track timelines, and facilitate communication while contributing to new business pitches and case study development in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Executive Producers and Senior Directors in managing client accounts and internal projects
• Own internal projects including new business pitches and awards submissions
• Track project timelines, maintain documentation, and ensure deadlines are met

Required qualifications

• Experience in production, account management, program management, or a related discipline
• A genuine love of content, storytelling, and creative ideas
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail
• Early signs of ownership and ambition
• Ability to handle high-pressure moments with kindness and grace
