Associate Producer

Job Summary

To support a leading global retail organization, the temporary Associate Producer will manage high-visibility marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate messaging across digital channels while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and vendor teams to set up and maintain approval processes for messaging campaigns
• Manage campaign workflows from intake through launch, ensuring deliverables meet timing and quality requirements
• Perform comprehensive QA testing for messaging content and troubleshoot any promotional issues as needed

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, online marketing, interactive production, or project management
• Experience with messaging channels such as SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App communications
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Exceptional detail-orientation with previous experience in traffic or project management
• High degree of initiative and resourcefulness in deadline-driven environments
