Associate Producer for Sports

Job Summary

Passionate about sports and media, the full-time Associate Producer for Sports will assist in managing a network of YouTube channels focused on football and basketball, producing dynamic content and collaborating with producers to enhance channel strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Produce engaging YouTube thumbnails and write captivating titles and descriptions to drive viewership
• Edit full show episodes and segments for quick turnaround on YouTube, including curating YouTube shorts and community pages
• Collaborate with show producers and digital department leads to develop channel strategy and style

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in digital media production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and Photoshop
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Deep knowledge of sports, specifically football and basketball
• Experience in shooting interviews is preferred
