A company is looking for an Associate Producer, Guest Programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a guest pipeline for daily programming, including sourcing and outreach
• Manage booking logistics, including scheduling, calendar management, and guest information organization
• Coordinate day-of guest management, ensuring readiness and smooth execution during live shows

Required Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in booking, talent producing, journalism, podcasting, TV, or live digital programming
• Strong organizational skills to manage calendars, trackers, and follow-ups
• Familiarity with Bitcoin and/or financial markets is preferred
• Existing network of potential guests in relevant fields is advantageous
• Comfortable working in fast-paced live production environments
