Key Responsibilities

• Build understanding of client landscape and media dynamics, surfacing trends for internal teams and clients
• Manage specific workstreams or projects, ensuring timely delivery of communications materials
• Engage in agency-wide initiatives, supporting hiring and culture building efforts

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a communications or marketing setting, particularly in pharmaceutical/biotech
• Understanding of health and medical landscape, including regulatory milestones and clinical data communications
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with earned, digital, and/or social media strategy
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for producing exceptional work products
