Associate Product Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the product operating model and project evaluation, the full-time Associate Product Delivery Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and ensure successful launches while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with product teams and stakeholders to support discovery work for new features and integrations
• Collaborate on project definition and clarity, moving a domain-aligned portfolio through the product operating model
• Monitor product health post-launch, synthesizing user feedback and insights for continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in technology, insurance, or healthcare fields
• 2+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional business functions
• 1+ years of experience in technical writing and process documentation
• 1+ years of experience in conducting quantitative analysis using business intelligence tools
