Associate Product Designer

Job Summary

To support the Discover segment of the Brand Performance Cloud, the fully remote Associate Product Designer will own small design missions, collaborate closely with senior builders, and engage in user research to create intuitive interfaces that transform complex data into user-friendly experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own missions end to end, including scoping, building, enabling, and monitoring adoption for Discover features
• Conduct user interviews and usage analysis to inform design decisions and enhance user empathy
• Define metrics and KPIs for the performance of designs and analyze data to drive prioritization

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a detail-oriented approach to visual work
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Curiosity about the fashion and luxury industry, with an understanding of relevant data and customer needs
• Fluent English communication skills, with additional languages considered a plus
