Associate Product Designer
Job Summary
To support the development of the Discover feature within the Brand Performance Cloud, the fully remote Associate Product Designer will own small design missions, create user-friendly interfaces, and collaborate closely with senior team members while engaging in user research and analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Own missions end to end, including scoping, building, enabling, and monitoring adoption for Discover
- Take on real design work by owning feature design with guidance from senior team members
- Participate in user interviews and analysis to inform design decisions and share insights with the team
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and experience with wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and a detail-oriented approach to visual work
- Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into measurable design solutions
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
